Viewing Digital Hardcopy for a Completed Prescription

Note: This section only applies to stores using Pro Workflow (Prescription e-Verify and thermal printers) in their pharmacy.

Once you have completed the Prescription e-Verify module (technical validation, clinical review, and dialogue) and the prescription has been signed, you can view the prescription's digital hardcopy in PharmaClik Rx.

To view the prescription's digital hardcopy in PharmaClik Rx:

1. Select the Patient button to search for and select a patient.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. Select the paperclip icon under the Active column. The Review Rx window opens.



Note: You can also open the Review Rx window from either the Profile tab or Workbench by selecting the prescription, and selecting Rx > Review).

4. Use the right navigation arrow until you see Press HERE to open file.
5. Select Press HERE to open file.

Result: The digital hardcopy opens in Adobe.
